Our ClearSpring teachers are experienced and well-trained to guide you on the road to physical and mental wellbeing through yoga. Whether you are looking for a moderately-paced class or a more athletic style, such as Ashtanga or vinyasa yoga; or specialized classes such as pre-natal or rehabilitative, you will find them all at ClearSpring Yoga.
Our Beginner Yoga Classes are designed specifically for new-to-yoga students and led by friendly instructors who will help you get the most out of every class.

Click on "Classes" to see our full class schedule. It's easy to register. Once you've picked a class to try, just click "sign up" next to the class name or come to the studio about 10 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, and we will get you registered. You can purchase classes online on the "Fees and Registration" page of this website.
